Recently my family had the pleasure of riding on the Gator Float at Universal Studios Mardi Gras Parade. You might recall the weather recently was cold but that did not dampen the festival mood at Universal Studios Mardi Gras Parade.

It occurred to me that the innocent act of driving to any of Central Florida’s tourist attractions we could be involved in car accident due to someone else’s negligence.
